Most Items will ship within 1 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email with details of the shipment with tracking information (if any).

You may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping that you pay. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you are not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. To exchange or return an item, please contact us to request a RMA. If you product becomes defective after this period, our manufacturers will do everything to fix the problem, even replacing if necessary.

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
